WHAT WE DO?
The BFusion Institute is a platform to facilitate collective impact, through knowledge, sharing of ideas and promotion of place making actions that will transform our communities and foster cross-cultural exploration and innovation.
OUR STORY
The Border Fusion Institute initiative was unveiled July, 2016 by the North American Research Partnership (NARP), a non profit think tank that conducts applied research on how the U.S., Canada and Mexico can better position themselves for success. NARP featured a project preview titled: Zones of Hope, Challenges & Opportunities in improving (Cross) Border Economic Micro Zones (BEMZ).
We’re working now on Phase II of this exciting and innovative research action program and look forward to sharing more soon. See also the report published by the Urban Land Institute in 2018 “BUILDING BRIDGES An exploration of a united cross-border experience”.
